CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Police on Tuesday arrested a “high-value” drug target and seized at least P1.7 million worth of shabu in an entrapment operation in Bgy. San Vicente, Sto. Tomas, Pampanga.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo, Pampanga police director Col. Jay Dimaandal identified the suspect as “Nato,” 41, of Bgy. Bulaon, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
Members of the Pampanga Police Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit (PDEU), in coordination with the Sto. Tomas police and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Regional Office 3 (PDEA R3), conducted the buy-bust on the suspect who yielded some 255 grams of shabu valued at P1,734,000, a mobile phone, and a black motorcycle allegedly being used by the suspect in the illegal drug trade.
“The successful operation is a powerful message to drug syndicates—we will hunt you down and bring you to justice. With intensified intelligence and relentless operations, we will continue dismantling drug networks,” Fajardo said.
“We urge the public to remain vigilant and cooperate with law enforcement in reporting illicit activities,” she added.
