MAYOR Crisostomo “Cris” Garbo of Mabalacat City, Pampanga, together with the City Social Assistance Office (CSAO), distributes educational aid to 600 students of the city at the Dolores Covered Court in Bgy. Dolores, Mabalacat City on Tuesday. The giving of assistance is part of the MCG Educational Assistance Program which aims to support students, particularly those from indigent families, in covering their school-related expenses.
