THE Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3) will offer free rides to passengers aged below 18 on Monday, November 3, in observance of National Children’s Month.
In its advisory, the MRT-3 announced that the free rides for children will be available from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The free train rides are in response to the request of the National Council for the Welfare of Children for the observance of the 2025 National Children’s Month
Children’s Month is celebrated every November as provided for under Republic Act 10661 also known as the “National Children’s Month Act.”
