
FROM its impressive comeback in 2023, ANILAG Festival 2024 is expected to be more festive, colorful and grand.
With this year’s theme: “Tuluy-tuloy ang Saya, Tara na sa Laguna,” ANILAG Festival 2024 starts March 10 with spectacular events at the Provincial Capitol Compound and the Laguna Sports Complex.
Under the leadership of Gov. Ramil L. Laguna, Anilag 2024 has been conceived with programs and activities designed to encourage a more dynamic and sustainable progress in Laguna’s environment and local economy by attracting more business and investors.
ANILAG 2024 is also in line with the tourism program “LOVE LAGUNA” launched by 2nd district Rep. Ruth M. Hernandez that aims to boost the tourism industry of the province.
Awesome competitions during the celebration include Trade Fair, Land Float Parade, Street Dancing, Cheer Dance and Landscape.
The occasion will also showcase Sayaw Laguna, ANILAG Arts and Music Festival with Hot Air Balloon Exhibition, The Voice of Laguna, Himig Laguna Songwriting Competition, Mr. and Mrs. Laguna pageant, Pinakamagandang Lola, That’s My Lolo, and Ginoo at Binibining Laguna.
There are also unique activities such as the Furry Run for Fun, Tattoo Arts and Hair and Make-up Competition, and Hapag-Kainan Culinary Feast Contest.
In addition to these are the sports competition such as Kite Flying, Zumba, Sportsfest for PWDs, Practical Shooting, Laguna Car and Motor Show, Photograpjy Contest, and Tiktok Challenge.
Promoting gender equality, there will also be programs and activities for the LGBTQ community such as the Laguna Gay Queen and Lesbian King, and the Natatanging LGBT ng Laguna.
Completing the activities are programs for social and economic benefits of the locals such as the holding of a job fair and a business summit.
ANILAG 2024 will run from March 10-17.
