A FOREIGN national on Friday died in an accident on Pulilan- Baliwag bypass road in Bgy. Pinagbarilan, Baliwag City, Bulacan.
The Bulacan police reported to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. that the victim was Zhen Hua Lin, a resident of Dampol 2nd B, Pulilan, Bulacan.
Initial probe showed that Janenalyn Macinnes, 32, of Bgy. Pagala, Baliwag City, was driving a sports utility vehicle when she accidentally hit the victim on Pulilan- Baliwag bypass road.
The victim, who sustained serious injuries, was brought by the Baliwag Rescue Team to the Baliwag District Hospital but was declared dead upon arrival.
The female driver is facing charges for reckless imprudence resulting in homicide.
