A GERMAN national on Friday was found dead inside an apartment in Balibago, Angeles City.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., Angeles City police director Col. Amado Mendoza identified the victim as Rolf Oskar Henkel, a 71-year-old German national, of Federico St., Sta. Maria 1, Balibago, Angeles City.
The apartment’s caretaker Irene Sagun knocked on the door of Henkel’s apartment to check on Henkel but no one answered.
The woman called on him several times but still the foreigner did not answer, prompting her to peek inside and saw the victim lying on the floor.
She immediately informed the police.
Responding lawmen found the lifeless body of Henkel completely naked on the floor near the living room.
