SINGAPORE Ambassador to the Philippines Constance See (3rd from left) yesterday graced this year’s commemoration of the 146th Birth Anniversary of the late President Manuel Luis Quezon.
See was the guest of honor and speaker during the event held at Quezon’s monument in Perez Park, Lucena City.
See is escorted by Quezon Gov. Angelina Tan and Southern Luzon Command chief Lt. Gen. Facundo Palafox IV during the floral offering.
In her speech, See expressed gratitude to her good friend governor for inviting her to the special event.
Quezon was the first president of the Philippine Commonwealth and known as the “Father of the National Language.”
