CAMP VICENTE LIM, Calamba, Laguna — A Chinese sales executive on Tuesday was kidnapped by his compatriots and repeatedly shot but survived in Cabuyao City, Laguna.
Cabuyao City police chief Lt. Col. Rexpher Gaoiran identified the victim as Ling Yu Bin, 34, a hotel sales executive of Centrum North and a resident of Acuato Tower, Mandaluyong City.
The victim was about to board his sports utility vehicle (SUV) when snatched by four still unidentified fellow Chinese men in Mandaluyong City.
The kidnappers dropped him on Diezno Road in Bgy. Diezmo in Cabuyao City, where he was shot several times.
The suspects fled with the victim’s vehicle .
Responding lawmen rushed Bin to First Cabuyao Medical Center for treatment.
Probers are checking the CCTV footages in the area for possible identification and arrest of the suspects.
