THE Orion police led by Capt. Silvestre Colanza has again demonstrated its commitment to excellence by clinching the number one position in the Police Regional Office-3’s Unit Performance Evaluation Rating (UPER) for the month of August.
With a remarkable 99.55 percent rating, the Orion police emerged as the undisputed leader among municipal police stations in Central Luzon.
The UPER assessment, which encompasses both administrative and operational compliance and achievements, underscored Orion police’s unwavering dedication to implementing strict discipline, enhancing personnel morale and welfare, ensuring fair placement and promotion, and maintaining meticulous personnel and records management, all aligned with the stringent UPER parameters.
Colanza attributed the remarkable achievement to the united efforts of his dedicated personnel, commending their unyielding commitment to raising the honor and pride not only of the Orion PNP but also of the entire Bataan Police Provincial Office.
The UPER system, a brainchild of the Philippine National Police (PNP), was designed as a standardized evaluation tool to assess the performance of various PNP offices and units.
