CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — Police Brigadier General Enrico H. Vargas, the Deputy Regional Director for Administration of the Police Regional Office 3, on Monday bid farewell as he officially retired from the PNP service.
Vargas, who assumed his responsibilities in the PRO3 on December 22, 2022, dedicated nearly a year to his role and contributed a total of 33 years and almost seven months of service to the Philippine National Police.
Reflecting on his journey, he acknowledged the challenges he faced but expressed profound gratitude to the local officials and fellow policemen of the region for their unwavering support.
A member of the PNPA Class “Tagapagpatupad” of 1992, Vargas held notable positions in the PRO3 during his distinguished career.
In 2017, he served as the City Director of Angeles City.
In 2016, Vargas assumed the role of chief of the Regional Personnel and Records Management Division of the PRO3.
