SUBIC, Zambales – Police arrested a female “high-value” target and four others in a buy-bust operation in a makeshift drug den which also led to the confiscation of some P345,000 worth of shabu in Bgy. Calapacuan in this municipality.
The PDEA Zambales identified the arrested suspects as Nayna Hasmin, a PDEA-Region 3 listed “high-value” target, 26, of Purok 6, Bgy. Calapacuan, Subic Zambales; Arlene Dayag, 39, of Purok 6, Bgy. Calapacuan, Subic; Jherryme Urbano, 35, of Marzan Compound, Cuevas St., Zone 1, Iba, Zambales; Moriel Cabasal, 46, of Bgy. Calapacuan, Subic; and Vjorn Leif Abad, 27, of Bgy. Feria, San Felipe, Zambales.
Seized during the operation were five plastic sachets containing at least 50 grams of shabu worth P345,000, assorted drug paraphernalia, and the buy-bust money.
Joint members of the PDEA Zambales Provincial Office, PDEA SIU-SBMA and the Subic police conducted the operation.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 were filed against the arrested suspects
