CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — Brig. Gen. Benjamin Sembrano on Tuesday assumed his new post as second in command of the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3).
Sembrano replaced Brig. Gen. Enrico Vargas, who retired on November 27.
A member of PNPA Class “Patnubay” of 1995, Sembrano served as an executive officer, contributing his leadership and strategic skills to the efficient functioning of the PNP Directorate for Personnel and Records Management.
He was also the former Deputy Regional Director for Operations, at the Cordillera Police Office, showcasing his commitment to maintaining law and order in the region, and also the former City Director at the Olongapo City Police Office, demonstrating his ability to manage and lead in diverse and challenging environments.
PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. welcomed Sembrano to the PRO3 family.
The Central Luzon top cop said he is glad to work hand-in-hand with another officer with a high sense of responsibility who will help him bring significant accomplishments to the police force in Region 3.
