CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — The chief of the Regional Special Operations Group-Regional Intelligence Division 3 and Force Commander of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 3 has been promoted to full-fledged colonel.
Promoted was Col. Jay Dimaandal, an alumnus of Philippine National Police Academy Class “Sinaglaya” of 2002.
Dimaandal’s career has been defined by unwavering dedication, astute leadership, and an unyielding commitment to public service.
His exemplary service record includes key positions such as the chief of the Special Operations Unit in the Northern Police District and the Force Commander of the District Mobile Force Battalion in the Southern Police District.
Dimaandal’s promotion not only recognizes his individual accomplishments but also underscores the Philippine National Police’ commitment to promoting excellence within its ranks.
Also promoted to colonel is Lt. Col. Sally Mangacop, chief of the Regional Finance Service Office 3 and a member of the PNPA.
