SPEAKER COMMITS TO PEACE AT CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTING

Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez, assisted by Tingog Partylist Rep. Yedda Marie K. Romualdez, Miss Universe Top 10 Finalist Michelle Dee, with other leaders of the House, leads the ceremonial lighting of the giant Christmas tree in front of the main building of the House of Representatives Monday night. Romualdez said the tree lighting ceremony stands as a symbol of the House’s continuing commitment to remain steadfast in its solemn duty to be shining lights for peace, comfort, security, understanding and unity for our countrymen.
