Some concerned citizens sought help from the barangay tanods, who immediately arrested Pitogo while Dennis eluded arrest.
All victims were rushed to the Ospital ng Lungsod ng San Jose Del Monte, where Victorino was declared dead on arrival.
Pitogo was turned over to the CSJDM police for filing of appropriate charges while a follow-up investigation is being conducted to arrest the fleeing suspect.
