OPERATIVES of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) on Friday arrested an alleged drug trafficker from Caloocan and seized some P3.4 million worth of shabu in a buy-bust operation in Aurora.
Nabbed was William Isan, 42, of Libos Baesa, Caloocan City.
The operating units said Isanan is involved in the bulk distribution of shabu in Caloocan and nearby towns of Bulacan.
“Based on our initial investigation, the arrested suspect was previously charged for violation of the Anti-Drug Law,” the PDEA said.
Recovered from the suspect were three knot-tied transparent plastic sachets containing more or less 500 grams of shabu worth P3,400,000, and the marked money.
The operation was conducted by joint operatives of the PDEA Aurora Provincial Office, PDEA-3 RSET, and PDEA North District Office.
The arrested suspect will be charged with violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
