CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Four alleged drug traffickers on Thursday were arrested while some P544,000 worth of shabu was seized in separate entrapment operations in Bataan and Olongapo City.
The Olongapo City police reported to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. that two of the suspects were nabbed in a buy-bust operation in Bgy. Kalaklan.
Confiscated from the duo were 55 grams of shabu worth at least P374,000.
In Bataan, joint efforts of the Orion police and the Police Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit Bataam resulted in the arrest of two drug suspects and the confiscation of 25 grams of shabu valued at P170,000 in an operation in Bgy. Calungusan, Orion town.
Charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 were filed against the arrested suspects.
Hidalgo comnended his men for the operations as he warned illegal drug users and traders on their relentless drug war campaign.
