THE agrarian reform and transportation departments vowed Sunday to further improve their services under the “Bagong Pilipinas” Campaign being spearheaded by the Marcos administration.
Speaking during the kick-off rally for the Bagong Pilipinas campaign at the Quirino Grandstand, Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Secretary Conrado Estrella III said they distributed in the past more than 10,000 hectares of lands to its beneficiaries.
For his part, Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista said under Bagong Pilipinas, the country will have efficient operations of airport, seaports, and railways.
The Bagong Pilipinas Campaign is the overarching theme of the Marcos administration’s brand of governance and leadership, characterized by a principled, accountable, and dependable government reinforced by unified institutions of society.Around 400,000 people attended the event, including members of the Cabinet, lawmakers, national government agency employees, local government officials, and the general public
