A DEAD man wrapped in a white blanket tied with extension wire on Thursday was found dumped near a house in Angeles City, Pampanga.
Angeles City police director Col. Amado Mendoza Jr. reported to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr, that kagawad Sonny Masbang informed the police about a lifeless man found near a house in North Ville 15, Bgy. Cutud.
Responding members of the Angeles City Scene of the Crime Office team retrieved the body but failed to recover any identification of the victim.
Police are also investigating who is the owner of the house.
An investigation is ongoing.
