CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – The no. 3 most wanted felon in the province of Pampanga on Thursday was arrested by the authorities in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
Pampanga police director Col. Jay Dimaandal said alias “Santi” was caught by operatives from the Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU) Pampanga, Special Weapons and Tactics, Intelligence Group National, Provincial Intelligence Team 3/Regional Intelligence Unit, Candaba Municipal Police Station, San Fernando City Police Station, and the 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company in Bgy. Bulaon, City of San Fernando.
According to Dimaandal, the suspect, a resident of Candaba, Pampanga, has been evading authorities since his involvement in a robbery-homicide incident on April 28, 2024, in Candaba, Pampanga.
The victim was identified as “Lavina.”
Dimaandal said the arrest was based on a warrant issued by the Regional Trial Court Branch 47, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, for robbery with homicide.
No bail was recommended.
Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo lauded the successful operation, emphasizing the commitment of law enforcers in bringing criminals to justice.
“This operation is a testament to the expertise, dedication, and intelligence-driven policing. Let this serve as a stern warning to those attempting to evade justice—we will find you,” Fajardo said.
“We urge the public to remain vigilant and continue supporting our efforts to maintain peace and security across Central Luzon,” she added.
