TWO dead men on Wednesday were found dumped on the road in Capas, Tarlac.
The victims, whose names were being verified, were found on Estrada-San Carlos By-Pass Road near Bgy. Estrada in Capas.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo, policemen from Capas were immediately dispatched to verify the information forwarded to them by Estrada barangay captain Allan Ramos.
Responding cops found the two dead bodies in the area.
A follow-up investigation is ongoing.
Probers requested for assistance from the Tarlac Provincial Forensic Unit for the identification of the victims.
