THE Department of Transportation (DOTr) has instructed the Land Transportation Office (LTO) to suspend the driver’s license of a female motorcycle vlogger over a recent road rage incident in Zambales.
The road rage incident went viral on social media.

In a Show Cause Order (SCO) issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), the driver’s license of Alyanna Mari Aguinaldo or “Yanna Motovlog” was ordered suspended for 90 days and was also placed under alarm.
DOTr Secretary Vince Dizon said that all road users must display discipline, accountability, and responsible behavior, especially the public figures and influencers.
The issuance of a Show Cause Order strengthens the Department’s warning that any action endangering others or inciting road confrontation will not be tolerated.
“We will continue to work closely with our attached agencies to promote a culture of safety and courtesy among all road users,” Dizon said.
In the SCO, Yanna was directed to appear before the LTO on May 6, 2025 to explain why her driver’s license should not be revoked following the road rage incident.
“Matagal na tayong nagpapaliwanag sa milyun-milyon nating mga kababayang motorista na walang mabuting idinudulot ang init ng ulo sa kalsada—at napakarami na ang naparusahan natin dito,” LTO chief Assistant Secretary attorney Vigor D. Mendoza II said.
“On the part of this vlogger, she should have used her social media influence to promote responsible driving and road safety,” he added.
Based on the viral video monitored by the LTO Social Media Team, Yanna showed a middle finger gesture on the driver of a pick-up truck over her claim that the latter was driving recklessly.
Later, she was confronted by the pick-up driver to ask why she had to make such a gesture as he also explained that normal driving is not possible on rough roads.
Yanna, however, continued to argue with the pick-up driver and even made insulting comments when the latter had already left.
While the motorcycle vlogger already apologized after being bashed on social media, Mendoza said the investigation will still be pursued.
