TWO men on Thursday were shot dead inside a nipa hut in San Ildefonso, Bulacan.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo, Bulacan police acting director Col. Franklin Estoro identified the victims as truck driver Cedric Ace Cruz, of Bgy. Pinaod, and Rustan Pastrana, of Bgy. Bulusukan, both in San Ildefonso, Bulacan.
The San Ildefonso police were informed of a shooting incident at the Villacorte Garage in Bgy. Matimbubong.
Responding lawmen found the lifeless victims inside a nipa hut, with bullet wounds.
An investigation showed the victims were having a conversation inside the nipa hut when the unidentified suspects suddenly appeared and shot them multiple times.
The gunmen fled towards San Rafael, Bulacan.
A hot pursuit operation was launched to arrest the suspects.
