MEMBERS of “Gapos Gang” on Friday attacked a lending company in San Isidro, Nueva Ecija.
Robbed was Sikap Microfinance Inc.. with office in Bgy. Poblacion, San Isidro and its employees, said a report to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo by the Nueva Ecija police.
Police identified the victims as Joel dela Cruz, 47, of San Isidro, Nueva Ecija; Joden Lacanlalay, 30, of San Isidro, Nueva Ecija; Reina del Rosario, of Baler, Aurora; Randolp Tayao, 30, of Gapan City, Nueva Ecija; and Angeline Roxas, 22, of San Isidro, Nueva Ecija.
Initial probe showed the employees were in their office located at the second floor of Varon Building on Vallarta Street in Bgy. Poblacion when two men suddenly barged inside.
The armed men, both wearing short pants, jacket, bull cap and facemask, announced a holdup.
The suspects then hogtied the victims and took the P180,000 cash and their cellphones.
Police are reviewing the CCTV footage in the area for possible identification and arrest of the suspects.
