A 72-YEAR-OLD man wanted for rape on Tuesday was arrested by operatives in Bulacan.
A report to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo identified the suspect as alias “Igme,” of Bgy. Iba Ibayo, Hagonoy, Bulacan.
A tracker team from the Hagonoy Police Station arrested the suspect based on a warrant issued by the Malolos City Regional Trial Court for statutory rape, rape by sexual assault, and four counts of acts of lasciviousness.
The arrested suspect is now detained at the Hagonoy police detention facility.
