NEW QUEZON POLICE DIRECTOR INSTALLED

A member of PNPA “Kabalikat Class” of 1998, Albacea is a native of Tagkawayan and a son of a retired police lieutenant colonel. He vowed to support the plans and programs of Lacuesta as he thanked Quezon Gov. Angelina Tan for choosing him to the prestigious post.
