OPERATIVES of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Region 3 on Friday arrested a businessman and a woman in a vape raid in Apalit Pampanga,
In a report to Criminal Investigation and Detection Group 3 regional chief Col. Richard Bad-Ang, the CIDG Bulacan Provincial Field Unit, in coordination with the CIDG PFU Pampanga and the Pampanga police, implemented “Oplan Megashopper” raid and arrested the suspects at Sitio Cabio Bakal, Bgy. Balucuc, Apalit, Pampanga.
Nabbed were alias “Tams,” 33, a businessman; and alias “Lalaine,” both of Bgy. Balucuc, Apalit, Pampanga.
Bad-Ang said seized during the raid were 57 small boxes, each containing 10 pieces of assorted flavors with the brand name “Black Elite V2” per box; 25 small boxes, each containing 10 pieces of assorted flavors with the brand name “EB Desire” per box; 18 small boxes, each containing 10 pieces of assorted flavors with the brand name “Vapore Elite V2” per box; 18 small boxes, each containing 10 pieces of assorted flavors with the brand name “Vapore Elite V2” per box; four small boxes, each containing 10 pieces of assorted flavors with the brand name “PSG” per box; eight small boxes, each containing 10 pieces of assorted flavors with the brand name “CIGBAY” per box; 14 small boxes, each containing 10 pieces of black bar battery; 13.small boxes, each containing 10 pieces of cigbay catridge per box; eight small boxes, each containing 10 pieces of flava oxbar battery per box; seven small boxes, each containing 10 pieces of raid battery per box; four small boxes, each containing 10 pieces of sirius per box; 300 pcs pod formula (vape juice); 16 pcs assorted vape with brand name Macaron; 200 pcs of jazz; three small boxes, each containing 10 pieces of chillax vista per box; three small boxes, each containing 10 pieces of relx per box; four small boxes, each containing 10 pieces of ex-so gamma per box; nine boxes, each containing 10 pieces of 2,000 per box; six small boxes, containing EB Desire Pods; and waybill receipts.
The estimated total value of the confiscated evidence is at least P250,000.
Bad-ang said the suspects were brought to CIDG Bulacan PFU and will be charged with violation of Republic Act 11900 or the Vaporized Nicotine and Non-Nicotine Products Regulation Act of 2022.
