A MAN is in serious condition at the hospital after he was set on fire by another man allegedly due to jealousy in Taguig City.
The victim was identified only as James, 28. He is now undergoing treatment at the Ospital ng Makati after suffering from third degree burns.
A female neighbor, who was washing clothes near the crime scene, also suffered burns on her feet.

An investigation showed the incident happened on June 20 while the victim was sitting outside their home.
The suspect suddenly arrived and without a word poured gasoline on James, and set him on fire before fleeing.
Charges of frustrated murder and physical injuries were filed against the suspect.
