A FOREIGNER on Sunday was injured in a knife attack in Sta. Rita, Pampanga.
Pampanga police director Col. Eugene M. Marcelo identified the victim as Wahid Juma Khamiz Al Mazruii, 39, an Omani national.
The suspect was alias “Jeff,” 31,.
Both victim and the suspect are residents of Bgy. Dila Dila, Sta. Rita, Pampanga.
Initial investigation showed the two had a heated argument that led to the stabbing.
The victim was rushed to the Diosdado Macapagal Hospital in Guagua, Pampanga.
The suspect was arrested in a follow-up operation and will be charged with frustrated homicide
