MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga – Joint operations by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Pampanga and the Mabalacat police on Monday arrested a drug den operator and seven of his patrons following a raid in a suspected drug den in this city.
The PDEA Pampanga Provincial Office said arrested were alleged drug den maintainer alias “Manny,” 48; and his customers alias “Gel,” 52; alias “Chi,” 54; alias “Ian,” 33; alias “Kris,” 55; alias “Lino,” 44; alias “Ely,” 45; and alias “Inah,” 27.
The raid was conducted in Bgy. Dau at 9:02 p.n. on Monday.
Confiscated were 12 plastic sachets containing approximately 18.77 grams of shabu, assorted drug paraphernalia, and the marked money.
According to PDEA, alias “Manny” and the other suspects were under PDEA’s radar since July.
All arrested suspects are now detained at the PDEA Regional Office 3 jail facility facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
