POLICE on Wednesday arrested a 19-year-old Filipina “high-value target” and her Chinese female cohort while at least P5 million worth of shabu was seized in an entrapment operation in Angeles City, Pampanga.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., Angeles City police director Col. Amado Mendoza Jr. identified the arrested suspects as alias “Lexie,” 19, of Bgy. Lakandula, Mabalacat City, Pampanga; and her cohort Zhe Huang, a Chinese national, 30, and currently residing at 801 Tower D Sea Residence MOA Complex, Pasay City.
Members of the Angeles City Police Drug Enforcement Unit and the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Angeles City Police Station launched the buy-bust operation at the ABC parking lot on Don Juico Avenue, Bgy. Malabanias, Angeles City, Pampanga.
Seized were 87 grams of shabu worth P591,600; two kilos of party drug ecstasy tablets worth P4,000,000; 12 packs of chewable ecstasy yellow tablets worth P150,000; 14 packs of chewable ecstasy orange tablets worth 14 P150,000; seven packs Ketamine (salt) worth P50,000; seven packs Ketamine (crystal) worth P60,000; and one box liquid marijuana vape worth P54,000 with a total value of P4,997,600; and a cal. .22 pistol with eight live bullets.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 and Republic Act 10591 or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act were filed against the arrested suspects.
