TWO armed men on Wednesday shot a man allegedly involved in illegal drugs in Samal, Bataan.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., the Samal police identified the victim as Ely de Lumen alias “Blueboy”, 42, of Bgy. East Calaguiman, Samal town.
The victim was standing on the road in Sitio San Rafael, Bgy. East Calaguiman, Sama, when the two suspects arrived, pulled out a gun and shot de Lumen before fleeing on foot.
Police said the victim is known for his involvement in illegal drugs and has a standing warrant of arrest issued by the Las Piñas City RTC Branch 201 for violation of Republic Act 10591or selling of illegal firearms.
De Lumen was also previously arrested for carnapping.
