FAKE LAWYER NABBED IN ANTIPOLO 

MEMBERS of the Antipolo City Police Station on Friday arrested a fake lawyer wanted for non-bailable murder and child abuse cases .

A report to Rizal Police Provincial Office director Col. Felipe B. Maraggun said alias “Attorney” was wearing a jacket with the logo of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) when arrested on NHA Avenue in Zonta Ville, Bgy. San Isidro past 1 p.m. Friday.

Antipolo City Police Station commander Lt. Col. Ryan L. Manongdo said that “Attorney” is listed as the No. 3 Regional Level Most Wanted Person in Calabarzon region.

Manongdo said that the suspect is the subject of a non-bailable warrant of arrest for murder issued by Judge Maria Beatrice Caunan of the San Mateo, Rizal Regional Trial Court Branch 75 on November 9, 2023 and another warrant for three counts of acts of lasciviousness in relation to Republic Act 7610 or the Anti-Child Abuse Law issued by Judge Joel Bantasan of the Antipolo City RTC Branch 72 on August 14, 2023, with a P200,000 recommended bail.

The suspect is being held at the Antipolo City police jail.
