THREE women on Saturday were killed after a trailer truck rammed into a car and a house in Dinalupihan, Bataan.
A report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. by the Bataan police identified the fatalities as car driver Eunice Ann Gonzales, 26, of Faith St., SBFZ, Olongapo City; and the two house occupants Glenda Agustin, 50, and Roxanne Agustin, 28, both of Purok 5, Bgy. Bangal, Dinalupihan town.
The car was going to Dinalupihan town proper when the trailer truck being driven by Billy Joe Monda Villoria, 23, of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, lost its break and occupied the other lane and hit the car.
The truck then rammed into the sari-sari store and the house, where the two women were sleeping.
The strong impact killed the car driver and the two house occupants on the spot.
Responding members of the Olongapo Fire Rescue team retrieved from the damaged house the bodies of the Agustins.
The truck driver fled after the incident but the 15-year-old truck helper is now under the custody of the Dinalupihan police.
A follow-up operation is underway to arrest the trailer truck driver.
