POLICE are investigating who left a dead fetus on Wednesday on the road in Bgy. Cut-Cut 1st, Tarlac City.
Cellphone technician Casanoding Taha Manabilang, 34, of Bgy. San Isidro, Tarlac City, was going home on a tricycle when he noticed the head of the fetus covered with plastic.
He immediately reported his find to barangay officials, who informed the Tarlac City police.
Responding personnel of the Tarlac City police found the fetus and requested the assistance of the Tarlac City Rescue and Tarlac Provincial Forensic Unit ( TPFU) to process the scene while investigation is ongoing.
