THIEVES on Wednesday hit a mini grocery store in La Paz, Tarlac.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., the Tarlac police identified the victim as Justine Timbang, owner of Johann Graye Grocery Store, and a resident of Bgy. Balanoy, La Paz town.
Timbang told police around 5:30 a.m. Wednesday, he woke up and noticed that the padlock of his grocery store was broken.
He found out that some merchandise in the store were missing, including packs of cigarettes worth P60,000, bottles of liquor worth P9,000.00, sacks of rice worth P2,000 and P2,000 cash.
Police are investigating the burglary.
