“AKYAT-BAHAY” men on Wednesday hit the house of a police officer in Angeles City, Pampanga.
Based on a report submitted to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., the victim was identified as Patrolman Gerald Vincent Alejandro assigned at the Angeles City Police Station.
According to Alejandro, the thieves forcibly entered his house at 587 Caballo St. Clarkview in Bgy. Malabanias, Angeles City.
An initial investigation showed the cop-victim found his house in disarray and the door lock broken.
Among those stolen were a sling bag containing one set of handcuffs, assorted ATM cards, IDs, a police- issued gun, 15 live bullets, a magazine for .9 mm gun; and a lady’s shoulder bag containing an ATM card, a wristwatch worth P12,000, P650 cash, a Samsung cellphone worth P27,000, a driver’s license and assorted government IDs.
An investigation is ongoing to identify and arrest the suspects.
