THE Police Regional Office 3 under the leadership of PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. has vowed support for the “Bagong Pilipinas” initiative of the government.
The PRO3 actively participated in the nationwide pre-launch of the “Bagong Pilipinas” drive on Wednesday held at the PRO3 Parade Ground in Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
Hidalgo explained the significance of “Bagong Pilipinas” as a representation of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s governance and leadership principles.
He emphasized that it goes beyond a mere shift in governance, symbolizing a dedicated commitment to confront present challenges and build a future aligned with the dreams and aspirations of every Filipino.
Highlighting the pivotal role of the Philippine National Police in this initiative, Hidalgo said: “The Philippine National Police stands at the forefront of this movement, entrusted with the responsibility of safeguarding our society.”
The pre-launch event at the PRO3 spearheaded by the Regional Community Affairs and Development Division under Col. Marites Salvadora coincided with the nationwide gathering at Camp Crame, where thousands of police officers took their oath, pledging their commitment to actively support and advocate for the ideals of “Bagong Pilipinas.”
