FEMALE STUDENT LEAPS TO DEATH IN ANGELES SCHOOL

A 23-YEAR-OLD female student on Friday allegedly committed suicide by jumping off the fifth floor of a school in Angeles City, Pampanga.

A report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. identified the victim as Lourdes Valdez, a Psychology student of Angeles University Foundation (AUF) in Bgy. Salapungan, Angeles City.

An investigation showed that Valdez, a resident of  Bgy. Madapdap, Mabalacat City, for unknown reason jumped from the 5th floor of the AUF building.

Witnesses rushed her to the AUF Medical Center, where she was later pronounced dead.

Police are investigating the incident.
