SPEAKER Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez administered the oath of office to officers and members of the Congressional Communicators (ConCom).
ConCom is an organization of communications and media relations officers working for members of the House of Representatives.
Romie Evangelista, ConCom president, said the group was formed to improve and enhance the capabilities of its members working as a support mechanism for lawmakers in conveying their messages effectively and responsibly.
