CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – An anti-illegal drugs operation on Sunday resulted in the arrest of five drug suspects and the confiscation of P1.3 million worth of shabu in Bulacan.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 Director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., Bulacan Police Director Col. Relly Arnedo said the drug sting was launched in Bgy. Iba, Meycauayan City, Bulacan.
Members of the Meycauayan City police, in coordination with the SOU 3 and the PNP Drug Enforcement Group, arrested the suspects.
Seized were four small plastic sachets and six large plastic sachets containing shabu worth P1,394,000 and the buy-bust money.
The five suspects will be charged with violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Hidalgo said the PRO3 is unwavering in its dedication to fighting the spread of illegal drugs in the province.
