A TOTAL of 803 indigents from San Pedro City, Laguna benefited from SM Foundation’s Medical and Dental Mission held at the SM Center San Pedro.
Men, women, children and senior citizens from marginalized barangays flocked to the mall as early as 8 a.m..
SM Foundation’s medical and dental mission was dubbed “Gamot para sa Kapwa.”
Beneficiaries were able to consult with doctors, as well as have tooth extraction services, free of charge.

Aside from these, X-ray, ECG, bone density testing, uric acid, sugar, cholesterol and hemoglobin tests were also provided to the patients.
Medicines were given for free, much to the delight of the patient-beneficiaries.
SM Foundation and SM Center San Pedro is very grateful to the San Pedro City Health Office, Multicare Pharmaceuticals, Dalta Jonelta Foundation, Inc., MX3 Natural Supplements and other volunteers who selflessly contributed their time and effort and made the medical mission a success.
The medical mission is conducted every year as part of SM’s commitment to serve the community.
