CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga –Regional Plans and Strategy Management Division chief Col. Roginald Francisco has been promoted to the rank of police colonel and will now serve as full time chief of the Regional Plans and Strategy Management Division.
Francisco is a member of the Philippine National Police Academy Class “Magilas” of 2000.
With an exemplary career marked by dedication, leadership, and a commitment to public service, Francisco is well-prepared to take on this elevated role.
PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. led the donning of rank on Francisco in a simple ceremony held at the PRO3 Stakeholder’s Lounge on Tuesday.
The promotion ceremony was witnessed by Francisco’s wife.
As the current chief of RPSMD, Francisco’s attention to detail, dedication, and strong work ethic paved the way for PRO3 to be ISO-CERTIFIED.
