AGENTS of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) on Monday arrested three Chinese nationals selling 500 grams of shabu worth P3.4 million to an undercover officer in Bgy. Balibago, Angeles City, Pampanga.
Nabbed were Bin Da, 23; Hei Xiao, 21; and Gua Xiao, 20, all residents of Shanghai Building in Bgy. Balibago, Angeles City.
The three were arrested in a buy-bust operation at Shanghai Building around 10:50 p.m. Monday.
Seized from the suspects were seven cellular phones, two car keys, and the marked money.
According to the PDEA, it took them a month to finally arrange a drug deal with the three Chinese nationals.
Non-bailable charges for sale and possession of prohibited drugs under Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 are being readied for filing in court against the arrested Chinese nationals.
