CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga — Pampanga police director Col. Jay Dimaandal designated three new police officers to lead key stations in the province.
Dimaandal appointed Lt. Col. Freddie Webb Mercado to head the Arayat Police Station.
Major Glenn Santelices was installed as the new Macabebe police chief while Maj. Narciso Zingalaw Jr. was named police head of the Sto. Tomas Police Station.
Outgoing Arayat police chief Lt. Col. Eric Cister will serve as the new head of the Pampanga Provincial Operations and Management Unit.
Dimaandal underscored the critical role of effective leadership in ensuring public safety and expressed his commitment to supporting the new appointees as they take on their new roles.
The installation ceremony took place at Bale Katimawan, Pampanga Police Provincial Office and attended by Pampanga police key officers, family and friends, and personnel from both incoming and outgoing police chiefs.
