COLANZA BAGS BEST PCAD JUNIOR PCO AWARD

AWARDED.  Orion Municipal Police Station OIC Capt. Silvestre C. Colanza receives the Best Police Community Affairs and Development  (PCAD) Junior Police Commissioned Office (PCO) award and Best Unit award from attorney Glocyphine Chavez España, assistant regional director, National Police Commission 3, during the culmination of the 29th Police Community Relations Month held at Camp Cirilo Tolentino in Balanga, Bataan. España was the guest of honor and speaker in the event.  Also in photo are Lt. Col. Victor Cacdac, Deputy Provincial Director for Administration (DPDA); and Lt. Col. Roldan Gallano, chief PCAD, Bataan Police Provincial Office. This is the first time that Orion MPS bested other municipal/city police stations in Bataan province under the leadership of Colanza.
