A MOTORYCLE-RIDING man on Sunday was shot dead in Mexico, Pampanga.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr., Pampanga police director Col. Jay Dimaandal identified the victim as Marvin Buco, 37, of Blk. 70, L5, NHA, Bgy. Pandacaqui, Mexico.
The victim was driving a motorcycle when two unidentified men suddenly appeared and the backrider fired shots at him.
Buco was rushed by the barangay ambulance to the Angeles University Foundation Medical Centers, where he was declared dead upon arrival.
Police immediately launched a dragnet operation and issued a flash alarm to nearby towns for possible identification and arrest of the suspects.
