FOREIGNER IN OLONGAPO CITY FACES COMPLAINTS

POLICE on Tuesday arrested a foreign national over a string of complaints in Olongapo City.

In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Redrico Maranan, Olongapo City police director Col. Charlie D Umayam  identified the foreigner as  Hans Johan Hedlund, 59, and presently residing at Baloy Long Beach, Bgy. Barretto, Olongapo City. 

Members of the Olongapo police tracker team and the Olongapo City Maritime Police Station (MARPSTA) served the warrant of arrest on Hedlund for two counts of unjust vexation, grave oral defamation and slight physical injuries.

The arrest warrant was issued by the Municipal Trial Court Third Judicial Region, Branch 3 Olongapo City, Zambales dated September 9, 2019, with a recommended bail of P45,000.

The arrested foreigner is now under the custody of the Olongapo City Police Station 6.
