A FEMALE police officer from the Police Regional Office 3 got promoted to the next higher rank.
PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Redrico A. Maranan donned the rank insignia of newly-promoted Lt. Col. Beverly Allapitam, Secretary of the Regional Staff (SRS), PRO3.
Present during the ceremony were Deputy Regional Director for Administration (DRDA) Col. Jeffrey Z. Decena, Chief of Regional Staff (CRS) Col. Fitz A. Macariola, and the parents of Allapitan.
