A MAN with tattoos on Thursday was found dead and dumped on the road in Bgy. San Bartolome, Concepcion, Tarlac.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jean Fajardo, the Tarlac police said the victim was found on the bush near the road at the boundary of Navaling, Magalang-San Bartolome Road in Bgy. San Bartolome.
The victim’s head was covered with a sack and his body was wrapped with bed mattress.
Members of the Concepcion police who responded said the victim was wearing a white shorts but no upper clothing.
Authorities are reviewing the CCTV footages in the area to identify the victim and the possible killers.
